My favorite word and the inspiration behind every aspect of Bits and Little Pieces, a place for everything, well, darling.

The girl

Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Maddie (aka me). She was born in the great state of Virginia with just the right amount of sugar and a little too much spice. Her favorite outfit included anything she picked out herself, and nothing (I repeat nothing), made her more mad than when her mother did her for her. If she had anything, it was a very strong will to match her bright red hair.

But let’s get to the 19 year old me.

The “grown up” Maddie still has way too much hair, and hates when her mother picks out her outfits (which, by the way, never happens). She is addicted to coffee, and loves anything baby blue, vintage, and smothered in BBQ sauce. Also, she is (almost) grown up, and a college girl at Christopher Newport University. Most of all, she loves Jesus and pretty things.
